Layout

Upon entering the ground floor, a staircase leads directly to the first floor, where a spacious open-plan area awaits, comprising the living and dining rooms. The seating area includes a cosy sofa, armchairs, a 49" HDTV, and a PlayStation 4, and it opens onto a balcony with stunning sea and sunset views. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and also features a water filter and a secondary dining area. 

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Connected to the master bedroom, separated by a sliding door, is a twin bedroom, creating an ideal arrangement for families with children. This bedroom has direct access to a balcony overlooking the garden below, which can be reached by an external staircase.

Additionally, a third bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.

Ascending the staircase from the dining area brings guests to the attic, which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting area, an ideal spot to enjoy panoramic views and the refreshing sea breeze.

Accessed through the master bedroom, the final bedroom is separated by a door for privacy. This fifth bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double upon request and offers direct access to a balcony equipped with a relaxing two-seater hot tub.

Last but not least, the garden on the lower floor offers a generous lawn area surrounded by trees, an ideal space for children to play safely. The BBQ area, set beneath a charming pergola, features a charcoal grill, a steel oven, and an outdoor sink, providing everything you need to try your hand at delicious Cretan recipes.
